"I feel I must let you know about my recent experience with your company. I recently placed an order for a dress from your company. I was notified that it was out of stock. Before, I placed another order, I thought I would call to make sure that my next selection was in stock. I talked to a woman by the name of "Charlene". I must say she went above and beyond in helping me find a dress for my daughters wedding. My second selection was out of stock in my size. She then asked what colors were an option for me and what size I needed. She then said she would call the warehouse and call me right back with some options. She called me back within 20 minutes and had several selections that were in stock for me to choose from. I decided on a dress and completed the order over the phone with Charlene. I received my dress yesterday. It is beautiful!. Other than needing to have it shortened ( I am on the short side) , it fits perfectly and looks wonderful! I wanted to just advise you of the wonderful standard of service I received from your staff members Frieta, and Charlene during my first transaction with your company. I placed an order for an Aussie Austine suit number 12402, and the matching purse and hat and Frieta could not have been more helpful, she arranged for the parcel to be drop shipped to my home in California and the parcel arrived the next day, this standard of customer service is very rare these days and your staff are a credit to your company.
I also enquired about another outfit Aussie Austine 3102 , but was advised that you had the suit in stock but not the matching purse and hat, Should these items come back into stock within the next two months I would be very grateful if you could contact me ... ...as I am due to go back to England in February for a family wedding and would like to make another purchase from your company before I leave.

I had bought a dress from a "major" wedding chain and the dress did not look right with the jacket I had ordered. ExpressURWay reassured me I would get the dress by Wednesday (which I did) and gave me advice on the right size to order. "bit risky" as I couldn't try it on first, and uncertain as to the overall
quality. Let me tell you I was thrilled. The item was packaged beautifully
with hanger and protectant cover, and clips to keep the suit pristine. The
material was LOVELY! it was just what I hoped it woulf be. And then! I found
the design of the suit so well made - I had no idea the distinctive parts of
the suit had an option for removing or keeping on with buttons as the
occasion might require until I got it. Not only this, but the suit had the
elegance and distinction that I have been unable to locate anywhere else.
