United Kingdom, United Arab Emerites (1 Suit) - $50
Due to the size of most designer Hats and International Rate Surcharges,
an additional $30 will be charged to ship Hats with suits.
Other International Orders - Please call for Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates.
We can ship to just about anywhere in the world.
However, we are not responsible for customs duties on shipments sent outside the
U.S.
We can ship to APO/FPO/ APE addresses via USPS.

You can either order online, or over the phone using your credit card.

POLICIES
Order Processing:
In-Stock orders will typically be shipped within one business day of order processing.
If we can ship it out the same day, we will.
Out of Stock orders will typically take less than 5 days for us to acquire the item from the Manufacturer.
In the event that an item is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Transit Times:
It typically takes 2-3 days transit time for a package to be sent anywhere in the
United states. Overnight or Expedited shipping is available... however, you will need to call us for rates and delivery estimates.
Shipping Damages:
Shipping damages must be claimed within 15 days from delivery date of merchandise.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags attached in the original condition.
We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier.
We are not responsible for lost returns.
Returns:
You MUST INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME AND ADDRESS with any return for any reason.
We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.
We will exchange an item that does not fit (less a 35% restocking charge) for another size of the same style if available, or an alternate style if the same style is not available in the size you need. Please check the size charts
to be sure of your size before ordering.
All returns or exchanges will be charged a 35% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned.
We do not issue direct refunds - if an item is returned for any reason - a store credit, less restocking fees, will be issued. Store Credits must be used within 60 days.
Please contact ExpressURWay by phone (615-672-4454) within 48 hours of receipt of item before attempting to return an item.
ExpressURWay will issue an RMA # which must be placed on the outside of any returned item packaging.
Items returned without contacting ExpressURWay within 48 hours of receipt, without an RMA #, or returned after 15 days from delivery date will NOT qualify for any refund.
Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust-sleeve and packaging - and must be in new, un-worn condition.
Items returned that smell of perfume, smoke, etc will NOT qualify for any refund.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts and so on, we can re-ship the item to you for an additional shipping charge.
Wholesale Customers - All Sales Are Final - No Returns/Exchanges.
Restocking:
If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 35% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.
Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.
Miscellaneous:
We are not responsible for dry cleaning damages.
