Ground Rates Within the  United States (USA48):
$15 for 1-10 Suits if Order Total is Less than $199.
Free Shipping (1-10 Suits) if Order Total is over $199.

If you plan to order If you plan to order more than 10 suits suits, please call us first before ordering so we can determine the least expensive shipping price for you.

If a Shipping Method does not show when attempting to check out, either you have too many items in your cart, or there may be special circumstances. Just email or call and we will do everything we can to provide you with more information. 
Shipping Transit Times:
Transit shipping times will vary depending on destination. Call us at 800-828-4900 for an estimated transit time to your area.  Within most USA48 shipping zones - typically shipping times are less than 3-4 business days from the time your order is confirmed and processed. 
International Shipping - International Transit times can vary considerably depending on destination.

We cannot be responsible for any delays in customs.
Canada / International / APO / FPO Orders:
Please call or email for Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates.
We can ship to just about anywhere in the world.
However, we are not responsible for customs duties on shipments sent outside the U.S.
We can ship to APO/FPO/ APE addresses via USPS.
Other International Orders  - Please call for Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates.
Additional Charges:
Due to the size of Some Designer Hats and International Rate Surcharges,an additional amount may be required to Ship Hats with Suits to some areas.
Please contact us for specifics before ordering, so we can help determine the least expensive shipping method. 

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Visa.
We do not accept checks by mail.
You can either order online, or over the phone using your credit card.

We are a Retail Only Site.  We do not sell Wholesale. We do offer group purchases at a discount if items are purchased in quantities.

Shipping Damages:

Shipping damages must be claimed within 15 days from delivery date of merchandise. 
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags attached in the original condition.

We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier.
We are not responsible for lost returns.


We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will accept returns / exchanges.

NOTE - All returns or exchanges will be charged a 20% Restocking Charge and a Store Credit will be issued for the balance. Store Credit must be used within 60 days. 
We do not issue direct refunds.
We do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size.

The size charts on our website are for reference only.
If you have ANY questions or uncertainty as to what size to order, 
please call us at 800-828-4900 for a sizing consultation before ordering.

If you want to Return an Item, you must contact ExpressURWay by phone (1-800-828-4900) within 48 hours of receipt of item, to obtain an RMA# (Return Materials Authorization), which needs to be included with your return in order for it to be processed.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.

Items returned without contacting ExpressURWay within 48 hours of receipt, without an RMA #, or returned after 15 days from delivery date will NOT be accepted for a return.  

We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.
There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. 
Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned. 

Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust-sleeve and packaging - and must be in new, un-worn condition.

Items returned that smell of perfume, smoke, etc will NOT be accepted for a return.

For hygiene reasons, Hats and Fascinators cannot be returned. 

We do our best to inspect all items for defects before shipping.  
In the event you receive an item with an undetected defect, we will only exchange the item with the exact same size, style, color item.
If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts and so on, we can re-ship the item to you for an additional shipping charge.

You MUST INCLUDE this form with any return for any reason.

On our website we have departments and items that are marked "Clearance" and "Blowout".
These items are sold at a significant markdown from our regularly listed items, and as such these
items are sold with the understanding that All Sales are Final, and No Exchanges or Returns can be done for these items for any reason.

If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 20% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.
Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.

All Order Cancellations made after 24 hours from the time you placed your order are subject to a $20 Per Item Cancellation Charge - The remainder will be refunded promptly.


From time to time ExpressURWay will issue Coupon Codes that can be used on our website during checkout.

These coupon codes are ONLY issued via our internal customer email list, or by direct mailing, and are of limited duration, have an expiration date, and the discounts described will only be honored during this specified time period.

There are many coupon code sharing sites out there, that permit user submissions of coupon codes.

These websites / users have NO affiliation with ExpressURWay, and we are not obligated to honor Web Coupon Codes that we have not issued.

We do recommend that you sign up for our email list, so you can be notified of these special deals and can take advantage of the discounts.

We are not responsible for dry cleaning damages.
